This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or request a refund for a product/service you purchased through the Platform. Under this policy:
Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 24 hours of placing the order via email to help@zocomp.com. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to such sellers/merchant (s) listed on the Platform and they have initiated the process of shipping them, or the product is out for delivery. The replacement can be made if the user establishes that the quality of the delivered product is good, and, after post-order inspection, we will send the replacement product.
In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report to our customer service team. The request would be entertained on the Platform, has checked and determined the same at its own end. This should be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the products. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 1 day of receiving the product. The customer service team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
In case of complaints regarding products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, please refer the issue to us we will take it up with manufacturer.
We have a 5-day exchange policy, all the approved exchange and replacements will be completed within 5-7 business days
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method in 7 business days
Shipping policy
Products will be delivered within 7-15 business days across India without any delivery charges.
